"Adam is a successful businessman from a Saeedi family… Surprised to be sentenced to
prison for a minor case, he is victim of psychological stress and oppressions by some
prisoners who plan to harm him.
However, the prison physician interprets his condition as
a severe mental illness, making him imagine all what we’ve seen… Nevertheless, the truth
is that we are in front of a criminal, hiding behind our sympathy with his mental condition.
Upon the request of one of his influential relatives, Adam is transferred to a psychiatric
hospital, away from the cruelty of prison…
At this hospital and as a first step to treatment,
they try to confront him with the reality of his illness which he denies…
He has doubts
about anything surrounding him…
He imagines that he is living a conspiracy and stops
taking his medications in secret… His illusions increase and his condition exacerbates
until he is no longer capable of differentiating between reality and madness… Adam
escapes from prison in search for the truth…
Is what we’ve seen is a world built by his sick
mind? Or a plan designed by the mind of a criminal who uses criminality in everything,
even in Law? Or is it a conspiracy hatched skillfully and evilly against an innocent man?"
